Optional ingredients


  1. Combine all spice ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Place a large skillet over a stove or campfire at medium heat.

  3. Brown the Ground Beef, breaking into crumbles as it cooks.

  4. Add spice mix to skillet and stir through the beef. 

  5. Cook 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to mingle and beef to cook through.

  6. Serve with eggs and tortillas for beef chorizo breakfast tacos!
