Barbacoa Torta with Fiery Citrus Slaw
Fiery Cabbage Slaw
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, red pepper sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots and green onion. Toss gently to combine.
Place 4-oz of beef barbacoa on the bottom half of the rolls. Top with slaw and close sandwiches. Serve immediately.
Kitchen Tip: If you can’t find bolillos rolls, use French bread or sandwich buns.
